The success of medium-sized towns seems to be confirmed by the latest ranking of "towns and villages where it's good to live in France" published by the JDD on Saturday 25 February. One year after having dethroned Annecy, the city ofAngers has once again been placed at the top of the ranking by the association of "Cities and Villages where life is good".
